Freedom Mindset: How to feel more alive

One of the most common regrets people have at the end of their life is that they spent too much time and energy fitting in to other people's expectations. Have you ever felt trapped or boxed in by life? It's a horrible experience to be caged. To worry every moment what others think of you. Yet, so many people live this way everyday.
The key is to break free from the "Have to" habit and make a shift to "want to" in every area of life. I call this the freedom mindset. It's the realization that you have choices. You HAVE the ability to direct your time and energy. This small shift in thinking changes everything when it comes to living a joyful, light life.
Even if you get up tomorrow and do the exact same things you did today, I hope that you can do so with the freedom mindset. With less stress, less dread, and more authentic happiness in every moment.
